Guy live tweets being at Taco Bell drive thru, for over an hour

I've been there, it sucks, esp when you start crashing;):D Hopped that curb plenty of times (3 AM is the real rush for some fast food spots, etc.) 24 hr McDonalds in DC. Those workers should be paid overtime for working that shift...

Im usually more of a diner post bar type, or Friendly's IHOP, but Ive been stuck in that Taco Bell line a few times because working overnights Im usually up Friday and Saturday nights wheather im going out or staying in and if Im staying in I get jonesing for Taco Bell

Feel you there, unfortunately didn't have those options outside of crossing to VA/MD (violence in the city wouldn't permit 24 diners anywhere close to nightlife, etc.) This is the 90's DC though, plenty of great all night diner spots you're referencing current day but we still have no IHOP! :D Don't know why tbh? Tropicana was a great Jamaican spot we generally went to that would stay open til 5 on fri/sats.

They must have been selling more than Mexican food at the drive-thru.

I wouldn't wait more than 5 minutes for anything from Taco Bell even if it was free. They have nothing on the menu that I can pronounce or eat.

I dunno, booze seems to make it taste like a prominent steakhouse @ times. :D Btw, it's pronounced Talk-O, not Tacko ;) You're all set now.

Lol, I want to know where they get these names that they use to label their new products. Some of the food looks good, but I can't remember the name or pronounce it. they come up with these names , but no other Mexican place serves the dish and they have never heard of it. Does Taco Bell have their own language to use in the naming of their food? I live in Mississippi. We have trouble speaking proper English, much less Taco Bell's language. I can understand a drive through order taking over a hour here. The customer or the employee don't know what they are saying. Ordering anything other than tacos is going to cause serious problems .
