News: GW: Victor Cruz: Cowboys an ideal landing spot for Odell Beckham Jr

That is silly. OBJ is going back to LA. He had success there with Stafford. AT this point in his career he needs to establish that he still has it to get another decent contract. He can't be wasting years on a team where he does not know the system or the QB.

Every aging or oft injured superstar looking to sign with a team is
mentioned as a possible connection to Dallas. Every. Single. One.

You never see so-n-so would be a great fit in Houston, Chicago, Tennessee, etc.

My bet is OBJ goes back to LA. It's a good fit... lol.

If Lamb goes down long term and he hasn’t signed yet, then it should be considered.

Otherwise I wouldn’t being in someone who is going to need to be force fed for one reason or another.

Who knows what things may look like once 4 returns though, but I’m not all into having that guy here.

They are hoping if the get this out there and NFC East rival will pick him up to keep him away from us.

Is he going to play for less than $5 million? That’s the question. That is their cap space left

As usual the media puts a Cowboy slant on everything. Here is the full quote:
“The best landing spot, I think, for Odell is two places. One, Green Bay,” Cruz said. “The second team, I think, is the Dallas Cowboys. It pains me to say that.”
That has an entirely different meaning than before.

I keep reading delusional posts over and over about how much better we are without Amari and his salary and Amari might’ve complained about not getting the ball when he was open….so why would we spend Jerry’s money on Odell who will assuredly complain, is coming off another injury, and might cost more than vet min?

That's their cap space - that really does not mean that is what his contract value would be! If they are still struggling when he is ready, they will bite the bullet and sign him!

Where? At this point in his career he's maybe 4th on our depth chart and they would have to cut a guy just to get him on the roster with Washington nearing a return as well.
