I, and likely a lot of you, were anticipating the post game comments, tweets, press conferences and media releases as much as the actual game.

Cowboys OT was must watch tv last night as we were all waiting for the show to begin after the game.

The epiphany is the dallas cowboys, my team, is 100% an entertainment product being run by a showman. It’s much less to do about football and much more about interested eyeballs and ears listening. I know the Jones’ family are running a circus, but I think the last 12 hours have really shown me that we are sincerely not worried about winning. The greatest show begins after cowboys games and we are living in this.

Pretty f’ing sad.

Yeah man it's been plainly obvious for a while. Jerry Jones just cares about how many billions the cowboys are worth.

This isn't some new revelation by any means, but I'm curious what was said last night that prompted your comment.

It's been well known for a few years what Jerry strives for, and it isn't winning games or building a championship roster. "Interesting" and "relevant" are the words he used when describing what he focuses on. He's happy as long as both of those are in place.

Cmon man.

This is a ridiculous statement. The Jones aren’t in it for the money.

They just don’t know crap about evaluating quarterbacks.

Most of us realize this over 10 years ago. But better late than never.

It just hit me more than other games or seasons.

We all saw how poorly Dak played. We all know that he’s a below average qb and likely in the 20-25 range compared to his peers. We all know that we have 1 weapon on offense and Moore/Dak cannot scheme or execute this offense to proficiency.

I think the anticipation of the post game is what finally got me and was like ‘wow’. The game didn’t matter and the post game show is all that this team and owner care about.

well the one thing i saw was a rookie quarterback take down a defense that someone is looking for a head coaching job and from what i saw he fell flat on his face like he did in atlanta. now he may be a good defensive coordinator but as a head coach he would suck NO1 he has been that person in atlanta and they did the same thing there get to the dance and fall on there face. as far as kellen hope he does get a head coaching job because that will get that fraud out of dallas, these people that that old giser jerry hires are mostly yes men like hamburger mike and how he handles his contract issues is like he lost in the wilderness and doesn't have a compass he running around in circles. every contract he's been in charge of has been bad and i mean bad starting with the so called great running bacjk and then a fourth string qb that keeps making rookie mistakes over an over and over again, and he's in his 7th year and his remarks after the game which a rookie that's started 5 meaningfull games in his career says it all ( I'll go back and watch the film and try to figure out why this happened. I can tell why it happens any body that has watched high school football to college he's just a good qb that makes to many mistakes againist a good team and leaves plays on the field. it takes more then a strong arm to be a qb and this guy doesn't have it you can BE A GOOD LEADER but there are a lot of them and there sitting home right now because they can't get it done but he will be back next year because of jerry's stupid contract fubar's so your gonna hear the same old line again and again. and jerry's last hurarrrh was last year and this year because he's gonna be in salary cap hell to the tune of paying 49mil to a qb that makes the same old mistakes year after year so no matter how the draft goes next year we will be picking high won;t we GO EAGLES

If there are any doubts about the OP look no further for evidence than Dak’s holdout. Jerry couldn’t let Dak hit the open market because it would embarrass him and his franchise when the QB they are so fond of got 75% of what Jerry wanted to offer he would never live it down. They had sign him before he hit free agency at all costs or the world would have known what the rest of the NFL feels about Jerry’s prized stud.

A real NFL franchise made the same mistake with a much higher draft pick in Wentz and they sent him packing. That team will be playing next Sunday and had a week off while we were showing our great QB off against a losing team who won their division.

This is spot on…bottom line $$ is the goal…eyeballs and TV chatter all that matters! Talk of Super Bowls just that!
