Well, the new year is upon as the old one, which ended wrong for our Cowboys, slips away into memory. As someone who had a horrible 2011 I want the new year to be a best year for all of you.

Enjoy the football games. Enjoy the game we all have been waiting for with an eye towards the playoffs.

Happy New Year to everyone. Where I live they start shooting at (actually before) midnight. A few people have died from stray bullets. They recommend ringing bells instead of shooting to start the new year, but people just don't cooperate. In fact, because of all the shooting, it's too dangerous to go outside with your bell. Alcohol isn't the only thing that makes it dangerous tonight. I don't mean to bring anybody down, just want everyone to be safe.
