If the pass is slightly overthrown or under Brandin Cooks is not making the catch . And if it’s contested with the DB Cooks is bumped off for an incompletion while Turpin especially on the near TD grab he comes down to the one with the knee down . Overall Turpin can battle the DB . And to me downfield Tolbert is more reliable then Cooks. Shame is the Cowboys need Cooks speed .

And what’s MM waiting on to get Flournoy activated . If Prescott is struggling reshuffle the wide out look .

There is no WR1/2/3 on this team. Just WR0. Whoever can catch Dak’s wobbly passes. Even if they can, will they fumble it? Will they actually catch it? Probably not.

How far do they even get with the ball? A yard before getting tackled? Then they get the ball again and get tackled for a loss. These aren’t WR1/2/3’s. They’re XFL receivers at this point.

No. We have no one outside of Lamb that moves the needle. For the up-tenth time….we have no weapons!

Ravens have the 32nd ranked pass defense. Teams are doubling Lamb, but half the time he’s running into his OLs back with his pocket presence. Remember the play when he got his arm hit and they didn’t blow the whistle, but they finally ruled it that his arm was moving forward…. His wind up was like 20 seconds..

Guys horribly inept when he’s off..

Turpin/tolbert have flashed the last couple of games but neither should be called a number 2 wr. They are in the conversation only because cooks really isn’t a number 2 anymore either.

Nope Turpin is not No.2

we were in a hurry up mode that forced Turpin to be in more packages than norm.

- Sad thing is our coaches simply do not/ will not/ dunno how to scheme for speed merchants like Cook and Turpin

- We keep running them on Stop -Routes like they need to be possession WRs, instead of scheming shallow crossings, rub routes,
bunch formations ... get them on the move with momentum

- and we have a QB that is really struggling to connect with Cook on deep, over the top fly routes. he overthrows him EVERY single time.

For the umpteen time ... we simply do have no coaches that know how to scheme ....

Flournoy seems like he can catch in traffic. Plus he's fast. Turpinh gets the most separation on the team.

I've been saying the past 2 weeks, the Cowboys need to bring Tyler Billy-Johnson back. He's still available via free agency. He was making deep play receptions during camp.

Zero run game. Struggling OL. One dimensional

Teams simply sitting on Lamb and Cooks.
