Don't forget Dak in that equation, @MWH1967. He didn't get it done with his big money either.

He looked lost and inept until GB already ran up the score, then it was garbage time Stats Prescott time. By then the defense was already exhausted and there was no realistic chance of a comeback.
likes these the most..."then it was garbage time Stats Prescott time"

Man, this is a tough one. If I'm making the decisions I'm gonna think long and hard about handing out record setting contracts to players that may or may not show up in big games vs what we could possibly get in a trade.

Oh...we didn't realize. Thanks for pointing it out.

Hate for anyone to get any blame except Dak.

Maybe because they were declared "stars" before they really are? Seems to happen a lot in Dallas. I have decided they all are LOSERS until proven otherwise. Don't care about their bank accounts or Bling.
Yes...6th all time highest receptions in a season and 9th all time yardage in a season in NFL history. Not a star.

3 straight all pros to start a career...not a star.

Parsons and Lamb didn't get it done. Big money talk with nothing.
Gee. Maybe the Packers schemed to take them out of the game.

that happens and others need to step up.

Hmm...let's see...

Dak's 1st interception...Cooks was held, yet he didn't fight for the ball as it passed right by him. On Dak's 2nd interception, QBs are taught to go towards where the blitz is coming from. That was CeeDee. Problem is the Packers outsmarted Dak and McCarthy. They knew ahead of time where was the hot read on that blitz, so the LB/DB faked going one way but quickly changed direction and cut off that quick slant hot read to the blitzer's side. That's a coaching issue.

PS: Defense? What defense? I didn't see a defense out there all game long. Packers had 8 drives, 7 ended up in TDs.

The defense sucked. Everyone pretty much sucked, but who touches the ball on offense every play? Who threw two interceptions that lead to scores for the other teams? Who gets such a high percentage of the cap?
Nobody gets an excuse. Not even your precious Choke Prescott.

However, if the offense goes 3 and out or throws interceptions often in the early game, it puts the defense on the field longer and exhausts them faster. That's simple football 101. It's why we need a run game for ToP control. We have small, fast defenders. They can't hold up without that ToP. Yeah, they sucked. They failed. But that doesn't excuse Dak for once again choking in big moments.

And here comes your epic defense of the epic choker. Dak once again couldn't get it done. I'm sorry Tad, your brother SUCKS when it matters.

You are reaching here. Don't do that. If it's that simply they are not worthily of the stupid numbers they will command . nuff said. We need dawgs, not jags.
