Health, Run Defense and stupid mistakes

If this team can stay healthy at critical positions and then eliminate the dumb penalties along with improving the run defense this team could very well be a serious nfc contender

I think some things will get better as year progresses but this run D has been a problem for a long time.

smarter play calling at times would also help.

Fowler has single handedly given away 2 TD’s in the last 2 games by being offsides on 3rd down.

Once is inexcusable. Twice should be cutable.

Give Sam Williams his playing time.

Lining up offsides is just plain stupid. Fowler had some great plays, but needs to stop those knuckleheaded ones pronto. Good timing for the bye, need to get some of these hombres healthy and back on the active list. Also hated that DLaw kept doing the same thing over and over in containing Fields. Like a cartoon character that just doesn't learn.
