I also tried it in reverse but no go.

Did the information change or something?

There is a User Name and Password on the video's Table of Contents page. It's midway down the page titled "Matrix Code". It's currently.....

User Name: boysfan
Password: 00722

This changes weekly, so always observe it before downloading video files.
