Henry int tell tale sign of no Pass Rush...

Garcia drops back looks over entire field, scrambles then throw out to right sideline, oh great play Henry picks it off.....what I saw was the fact that Stallworth had come across the field (entire field) left to right prior to Garcia passing the ball....Absolutely NO pass rush...tell tale sign of our weakness at generating anything up front....

Canty, Spears, Fergie, whomever..even blitzes....why are we so weak....you tell me some of the other teams have that much better personnel??? better defensive schemes??? maybe just our poor O line play makes teams look better.....think I am on to something with that one...

Newman would have taken that int to the house.

WR was wide open for 6 seconds -- he waited too long.
Henry was running about a 4.7 40 on the return. He is slow as heck.

He is extremely slow and everyone knows it.

He rarely plays tight coverage on his WR anymore [mostly plays 7-10 yds off]

This D is really missing Greg Ellis. A huge loss for us though with the "talent" on that side of the ball, you would think someone would step up in place of him.

Don't forget when we do blitz it is 8 guys right into the teeth of the OL and some how everytime we do it, they pick it up. I've never seen a team do a worse job of the blitz in my life.

Henry is playing on a bad knee, bad knee's are not conducive to running fast

also wasnt he ran down by Stallworth? Stallworth is one of the fastest guys in the league

I agree. he is running at 5.0/40 on that INT. Stallworth caught him after ten yards. Had that been a TD, it would have changed the game totaly.

You havent seen the Commanders blitz this season.

Henry has had a terrible 3 game stretch.

No excuse for it.

We need corners who can run.

JFE was saying this morning that Henry's knee is swollen pretty badly, so it's no surprise he's struggling. And he wasn't the fastest guy to begin with.

Maybe we should consider starting Aaron Glenn and let Henry rest against the Lions. Otherwise he *will* get picked on in the playoffs.

Also if you watch it again, if Garcia is on his game tha play and fire it earlier, it would have been a completed pass for another first down, maybe a TD the way we tackle. We just flat out played uninspired ball yesterday. A trend I can see looking back over the last 4 games. God I hope it does not continue.
