With two games left and really no shot at getting the number one or two seed there is only one thing left to do and that's rest your starters. The Cowboys are once again guaranteed the 5th spot for the playoffs and will be on the road most likely at Tampa or New Orleans. Now I know you don't want to go into the playoffs losing three of four or maybe four straight losses but what is more important is your teams health at the start of the playoffs. Now who wouldn't want all their players healthy and for the Cowboys that would include Tyron Smith, Zack Martin, and the Cowboy's best run stuffer Jonathon Hankins. There is no need to press the issue at this point so sitting a majority of your starters is the only way the Cowboys will be able to advance in the playoffs.
