If I were Jerry, for this upcoming training camp I would .......
.... be on Tuvalu Island. Goodness, I'm almost 80 years old. It's time to relax and enjoy life. I would hire the best GM I can find, one who can work well with McCarthy, and then I would get outa Dodge and let them do their jobs. I'll have loads of fun on Tuvalu, a remote Pacific Island, and not just for training camp, for the whole season. My son, Stephen, and his family can come with. We'll enjoy some snorkeling and some sunshine. We'll have some Margaritas, and just enjoy life. Who knows how many years I've got left? I've got my three Super Bowl rings, but I haven't been effective enough for years. It's time to let someone else do my job, someone who's younger and who is highly qualified. I'm sure they've got Internet on Tuvalu, so I'll download and watch every game, but I won't worry too much about it. It's time for me to finally be retired and just having some fun.
