Here's what the typical Cowboys would do. Will this year be different?

We have all seen this movie before...cowboys look great mid year, on the upswing and positioned for playoffs only to limp in and lose out in the opening round. If the cowboys held to the typical performances we have seen over the years, they would:

Panthers - W huge win on the road
Commanders - W , close win but a fun one on Turkey day
Seahawks - W, close but first quality opponent they willl get credit for

go into the game at home against Philly at 9-3....get beat and then proceed to win 1 or 2 of the final 4 games to get in as the 6th seed at 10-7....maybe win a WC game and then get throttled in the Divisional round. THAT is what this team would typically do based on what we have seen over the years....

I do think if they find a way to beat phily then they could have a shot at the division and maybe, just maybe, a playoff run. Really need philly to lose a couple in the next few weeks and take care of business.

I am not ready to believe / buy in to any of the hype but the path is there....step 1 get to 9-3, step 2 beat philly, step 3 go win the division and set up for a home game in the playoffs...do that and its there...

just dont be typical, please.
