Hit quick reply and get quotes

This happens every now and then and seems to go away. What causes this?

As I said, the quote system acts flaky with some versions of Internet Explorer .. I only know this because it has been reported. I am not sure if other browsers have that problem though I know I have never had it happen.

I have the same problem - mine is always like that. Just have to constantly erase the quotes if you don't want it there.
