i think it will probably be looked at in the offseason, especially if someone ends up getting hurt

No and it shouldn't be a rule in the NFL either, its a dumb rule.

I think it is a good rule to a certain extent. There are some horsecollar tackles that are weak, but some can be very dangerous also. Roy Williams just needs to quit relying on the horsecollar tackle so much and start hitting the crap out of people and wrapping up . He needs to be feared in the NFL like he used to be.

Roy is not the first or last guy to use the horse collar, and he's not the first or last guy to hurt someone with the tackle.
