How did our play caller do

Hard to grade our play calling off a blow-out but I thought it was good. The Giants were obviously keying on Pollard on early downs and there were plenty of passes called to keep the defense guessing. The shots down the field were also nice to see. Cooks needs at least one deep shot a game.

Play calls seemed fine. Liked the variation/rotation at RB. Using Turpin to his strengths was nice to see.

I think overall with the huge lead early McCarthy sort of went conservative and didn't want to really open his playbook last night

Liked the play calling. The lack of any preseason snaps showed early. But other than a few bad drops they were moving good.

Play calling on the offense was fine minus that last pos before halftime. We gave the giants and extra chance and simply wasn’t warranted

He did fine. It was a weird game. Big lead early, rain, starters playing for the first time…hard to ignore that. They won.

One series stood out to me as to why Moore is no longer here. First and goal from the 5 and we run the ball on back to back plays
