How do I save a 3D image as a .gif

Hey guys,
I have a 3D image: http://img391.*************/img391/1808/maddogs8sy.gif

I need to upload this imge to a website, but in order to do so there are size and dimensions limits: File size limit is 35KB and Max image dimensions 100 x 100 (width x height)

I'm using Adobe ImageReady to change the file size and the dimensions, but when I try to save it, it only saves it as an *.psd file.?????????????????????
It give me no other options. The site won't load a *.psd file, a *.psd is not even animated.

So please how do I do this. I've been trying for weeks now and have run out of ideas.
