I was pretty pleased, but I also don't particularly know what I'm looking for at times lol.

Was also surprised to see our ypc was so low, because the run game looked pretty solid to me. I guess I'm just remembering some of the better plays and mentally extrapolating them.

But zoner scouts, what say you?

He looked good all things considered. He's been out injured and used to play on the left.

Good for someone who is coming back from injury and hasn’t played RT in many years.

He is clearly the best option for the rest of the season.

He looked to have given up quite a bit of pressure to the stand up speed rusher on that side. Our run plays on short yardage we’re stuffed a few times on that side. He will get better, but I think it was definitely a step down from Steele on that side.

Tyron was pretty good. I have not gone back and re-watched but every time Dak was pressured it from from the other side. The yards per carry in the run can be directly attributed to all the times they ran the delay draw for minus yards. It had to have been stopped behind the line at least 5 times. And frankly could have been more if not for Zeke and TP fighting off tacklers in the backfield to get a yard or two outta nothin. Our tight ends still can't block backside DEs worth a damn and we seem to still have plays where there is no blocker assigned to them at all. I still can't figure out what the hell we're doing there. How do you run a slow developing play but then leave defenders unblocked?

Good run blocking, not so good pass blocking like the majority of our line. Allowed 3 pressures.

He played well and will only get better.

No reason the Cowboys can't run to the right consistently going forward.

That is the million dollar question!! Seems like I ask this several times during the game, "what the heck are y'all doing?" LOL

Well, he seemed to move about as well as the 40 year old Peters and with a bit more stamina. He looked a bit slow and he didn't fire out as well. Agree Steele, not injured is better for sure right now. I think he will get better.

Thought I seen or heard where he graded out decent much better than Peters actually

I just think he needs to knock-off the rust

We have the most unimaginative 1st down runs in the history of the NFL. That drops your run averages.
