How good/bad are we? Compare to 72 Dolphins

The 72 Dolphins went undefeated but here is what their scores were against a few teams....

16-14 over Vikings. The vikes ended the season 7-7.

24-23 over Bufallo. The Billes ended up 4-9-1.

28-24 over the Jets. The Jets ended up 7-7.

They never won by more than 7 points in the post season.

My point?

I've been hearing that the Cowboys haven't beaten anyone yet.

Well, as far as I can tell those first three teams weren't anything either. Yet they played out the season and one them all.

Why not Dallas?

Sounds good. Good points; but unfortunately we play the Patriots next. Don't know if the Dolphins had a team in the league back then that were as good as the Patriots today...

72 Fins were the greatest team ever there will not be a team like them ever. There's no comparason. Their starting QB was out for a large part of that season, and they still won every game.

Why? It's all valid to the coming criticism we will see leading up to the NE game.

Things need to be kept in perspective.

And that is my point. Until someone beats you, you are still undefeated. The phins had their adversity and they overcame it. No reason why we can't either.
