How is this scenario hit you (trade down take Paye)

What if we traded down with New England but both Surtain and Horn are gone by 15 and we took Paye. How bad would that sting? We trade them 75 and get their 46 and also 122 (10+75 for 15+46+122).

I'm trying to make a scenario that isn't worst of the worst situation but is more realistic.

I don’t mind the trade down but I’m not taking Paye. I just think there are other, better options that will likely be there.

5 x QB (Lawrence, Wilson,Fields, Lance, Jones)
2 x OT (Sewell, Slater)
2 x WR (Chase, Smith)
1 x TE (Pitts)

That’s 10 guys going before 15 with the following players still available and in the mix:

Surtain, Horn, Parsons, Vera-Tucker, Darrisaw and Waddle (who I wouldn’t take but likely goes top 15).

I’d take all of those ahead of Paye (who I have 2nd round grade on). Plus I would take Ojulari, Newsome, JOK, and Jenkins before Paye.[/S]

I don't like Paye at all in the top 20. In the first I want + athleticism and + production. Paye only gives you half.

Yeah in the scenario laid out, I would likely go one of the OTs, Parsons or JOK, maybe reach a bit for Moehrig or go with Phillips.

if jok were still on the board tho,i might prefer him.
parsons would be a no brainer but i think he'd be gone.
