Man, I'm sick of these repetetive reporters!

"What makes you want to reunite with Bledsoe?"
"Why did you choose to sign Bledsoe?"
"What is it about Bledsoe that made you want to have him as your QB again?"
blah, blah, blah...

It's the same questions everytime.

Get some new questions. C'mon.

And the same answer.. "I was trying to improve the Dallas Cowboys".

What do they expect him to say.."he owes me money and signing him was the only way I could collect"?

Exactly.

I think the next time they ask him that he should say... "Because Jerry likes the way he looks in the shower."

:lmao: I think Jerry only likes the way Troy looks in the shower. :laugh2:

I'll give you a hint.

Reporters are a lot like Salesmen. They are relentless. And they continue to ask the same question until they get the answer they are looking for.

That is also why ex-trial lawyers make good reporters IMO :)

That was one Jerruh's classic lines!

It's not that they are asking the wrong questions, they just are asking them the wrong way.

Instead of asking loaded, worm can opening questions, you need to phrase it so Bill can teach us something about football.

Example:

We have seen Bledsoe have troubles in the past with holding onto the ball and costly turnovers, what can you do that can help with those issues?

Phrased that way, you get the info, Parcells gets to expound and look smart, as well as answer it in a way to protect his player.

This explains everything.

Good point.

But most of these reporters would not think twice to ask thoughtful questions like that. I would love to read an article by JJT that came from a question like that. But that is not nearly as shocking as "Bill is stubborn and destroying the team".

Well, right now, the way the questions are asked, he gets to bristle and look defensive.

Yeah, BZ.

If they'd only word it "what are the advantages of working with a QB you have worked with before", they MIGHT have that snow ball's chance in hell of POSSIBLY getting Bill to say something that IN SOME WAY could be interpreted as he 'won't give Henson a chance".

That's what they want.

Morons.

Ditto. We can do better than that. Some poster had the nerve to get on me last year because I made the same statement. These guys don't have any imagination and their curisoity level must be very limited. I don't want to hear the excuse that they do it every day and it's hard to come up with original questions. Bull!!! Jennifer is the most aggressive and inquisitive reporter in the bunch. These people appear to be struggling to come up with a decent question or topic. That's why the PC ended early.

That STILLLLLLLLLL cracks me up everytime its mentioned. What the HELLLLLLLL was Jerry thinkin? Do we even want to know/

2,787,963. That's my final answer...........................Did I win? :jackpot:

I think some of them have a little side bet going on to see who can get the best negative reaction from Parcells.

The stiff arm comment today made me chuckle.

You're giving them credit for more collective sand than I ever would.

Tho passive-aggressive, behind the scenes betting/snickering would well suit their tactics.

And their testosterone levels.

I've always thought Jen had the biggest pair in the room.;)

Most of the time its usually from a national reporter who has only in camp a couple of days to do their feature story, so they weren't there for the other 13 press conferences its been asked.
