***How to embed Youtube Videos***

can anyone tell me if there is a way to embed the videos in the high quality option?

if you dont know what I am talking about, click on a video and then right underneath it there is a watch in high quality option, it doesnt change the address of the video so I am wondering if there is a way to do that.

for instance

that is the normal version, but if you go to the link...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HsHriRBTErA
you can click the watch in high quality tab...

got it...

to embed the high quality version you need to add

&ap=%2526fmt%3D18

after the normal v= segment.

you should be able to notice the difference!!

Just checking if it works for another video...and it doesnt seem to.

I tried to post a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VVpRjemQ_50 ) in another thread and cant get it to work, can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?
