Coming him an atmosphere where the former DC is more of a players coach/ buddy buddy system. To an older generation coach who isn't interested in being any of that like the previous DC was. That's not bashing him, they obviously just believe in doing things a different way, our players loved playing for DW. With that said, are they professional to buy into a new coach who will tell you how it is because he wants his team prepared and he isn't too big on mistakes.
I can see our younger players/backups buying in with no issue as to earn a spot on the roster and to also better themselves. On the other hand, our top guys/veterans, will they be open to a change such as a guy actually getting on them and calling them out.
All players should want this. We do live in different times where players respond better to different ways of coaching. You may can be rah-rah to a few, but others may give push back. In the end these guys are all professionals! Please give your thoughts on this
