I can't access this site from a specific IP

For whatever reason I can't access this site from a site where my TCP/IP address starts with 68. and ends in .91. I have no problems accessing this site anywhere else with a different TCP/IP address. Are you guys blocking that IP address for some reason?

If you can let me know what's going on, I would appreciated it.
