I can't post on my Android phone since the forum update

Whenever I click REPLY to a post it automatically puts my text into the other posters quote.
It will not allow me to click the cursor outside of the others quote.

Android devices have issues with some visual editors.

Click the .. [ ] ... icon in the menu above the text box to switch to BB Code (text-only) mode.

Can someone tell me how I can get some help with posting on this site ? I can't post anything and I have been a member for 10+ yrs . This is the only place I've been able to post in the whole time I've been here ,i get this message
"You have insufficient privileges to post threads here."
