Having a wave of tall guys jsut pushing the pile and generally uglying up the pocket just really screws quarterbacks up . No clear throwing windows. Can’t step up.

Plus as a fan it’s really just fun to watch that style.

The roster construction of this team is a little goofy. Just doesn’t feel like there’s enough dudes . They ran out of dudes

As I watched the Baltimore defense bat/tip several San Francisco passes, that thought was re-enforced in my mind concerning Dallas' defense. Tipping passes is sustainable, getting lots of turnovers is not.

We miss physical guys in the front 7. We may have 1 or 2 front 7 guys that may start on the ravens defense. And that is Micah Parsons (probably at LB) and Demarcus Lawrence.

We have batted down passes, but it does seem like other teams do it more often. Maybe other teams aren't and it's the Mandela effect making it seem like they do. To my untrained eye it feels like our front has a one track mind and that's to sack the quarterback and they forget to get their hands up consistently if they can't make it.

If QB's are getting the ball out quick it does not matter how good our pass rush is. Only 4 sacks the last 4 games. We do not get many blocked or tipped passes at the line of scrimmage.

The 1981 Cowboys had 6'9 Too Tall Jones, 6'7" John Dutton, 6'4" Randy White and 6'5" Harvey Martin. They have the all time record for the Boys of INT's, 37 in one season, which is mind boggling. That 1981 team should have gone to the Super Bowl, but Landry got outcoached by Bill Walsh. Everson Walls grabbed lots of INT's as Too Tall caused opposing QB's to arc their throws higher due to Too Tall's greatest NFL wingspan and height. 2023: We have too many 6'3" linemen.

The boys are the 2nd best tackling team in the league? Is that for real? As for knocking down passes, it seem like JJ Watts did that every game but I can hardly remember our guys doing it especially on 3rd downs. It may happen but it happens so infrequently that you forget.

I'll add one word to your statement, then I'll agree!!!

TALENTED tall long armed pass rushers.

We don't even look at them. Demarvin Leal, George Karlaftis, guys like that. They're not flashy enough for us.

Oh, and these tall long armed guys? They absolutely must be able to also anchor.

And why does BALT have these guys? Because they prioritize the position. We take one guy who is decent(Crawford, for example), pay him a ton, then start drafting CB's, WR's and injured LB's again.
