...what does Dak need around him, to bring better results?

Better or different OC? Better receivers?

These are basic questions, but fundamental for our situation.

We have a playoff team. Got to hold it and build on.

Why is it always about what Dak needs? Its about what does the team need. Its not the QB's responsibility to win games or win championships. This is just the misconception that the media propagates because they need something to talk about.

This Offense has needed Zeke gone and for Pollard to be featured. This offense needs more speed. This defense needs a DT and a linebacker. This offense needs to continue to fix the Oline. This offense needs to utilize Pollard like they utilize McCaffrey. This team needs Dak to not throw so many picks.

...the defense fared well. All year, we can say.

Our problem was an offense problem. Which surfaced few times during end the year. It surfaced again on Sunday.

It starts with Dak. We wont get rid of him.

So, we must help the situation.

You're kidding yourself. I know exactly what they're doing. They are thinking of a way to spin this loss into a positive. To give us hope for next year so the gullible fans can spend more money on Cowboy merchandise which is all they care about.

The defense did not fare well all year. The best thing the offense has going is Dak prescott. Lead the #1 scoring offense in the NFL 3 years in a row.

Any other way off comments? How come you werent saying this stuff after the Bucs game? LOL

They won’t. Jerry doesn’t get it. People with responsibility who are accountable to something or someone besides themselves learn from their mistakes. They own them. They look in the mirror. They change.

Let’s be honest folks. Jerry doesn’t want to win bad enough. Because if he wanted to win more than anything else, he would have already stepped aside.

His two ultimate goals- which he reaches every year- are to make a ton of money and to be totally in charge while doing it. Sure he would like to win a SB, but not enough to stop being totally in charge. That’s his ultimate goal.

No way that's going to happen.

The real #1 Job is managing "the Brand" and the Bottom Line.
And that, will continue.

You delude your selves in thinking Job # 1 is really the SB.

But, back to Make Believe Land...

The Cowboys have 20 unrestricted free agents, a QB with a $49 million cap hit, and an overpaid RB. They've got a lot of questions on their plates.

The QB has a huge responsibility toward winning games/championships and is paid accordingly. They do need the correct pieces around them.

Yup. Self aggrandizement is what's important to him.
