I was thinking about my journey on the old forum and the current forum when I was suggesting to a friend of mine to potentially join another sports team's forum (he's a Raiders fan, and a good friend to me). As I was thinking about it while working, I just want to take a moment to thank you all. Don't worry, this horse isn't going anywhere. I just wanted to reflect on my journey a bit and thank you all.

So, to start with, I started posting on the old forum at the age of 19 while I was in High School. I would then join the furry fandom while a member of that forum as I'd start college. I enjoyed a lot of things about that forum and learned a great deal about football there. Then that site shut down in 2018, which prompted my journey here. I am delighted still how many people from there joined us here.

I suppose for me, I'm grateful for a lot of things. I'll mention more about this around Thanksgiving time, but I feel it necessary to share some of them now.

Firstly, I'm thankful for how welcoming you all have been to me, both on the old forum and this one over the years. As a furry, it is seriously appreciated how kind and fun you all have been to me. I hope you all enjoy my contributions and humour. I certainly enjoy the contributions you all have made.

I am grateful for all the things I have learned over the years between the old forum and this one. I am excited to see how much more I learn as the years go on about this game and team. It's amazing how quickly the time has gone from when I started at 19 senior in High School through now as a 31 year old with a job, an apartment, a fursuit that I dreamed of getting when I got into the fandom, my faith, my family and friends, and, among other things, all of you. I'm grateful that I have been able to share these moments, including when I got my suit with you all. I'm excited to see what other moments I'll be able to share with you all.

I know we sometimes may butt heads about differing opinions, but you all on this forum mean the world to me. I hope to get to meet some of you in person at some point. I am excited to see how much more I learn on this forum and how much closer of friends we can be. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all. Especially being a fan that's not seen much success, it really helps to have you all here. It's nice having a place that I can feel comfortable sharing my opinions. I will continue to do so as long as I can.

Thank you also to the moderators. Thanks for keeping this forum a fun place to chat. I would imagine it's not easy, and you guys do a great job. This forum is pawsome, and it's in part thanks to you.

I'm also thankful for the many discussions we have in the out of bounds zone and other such places. For those of you who were with me early on in the fandom on the old forum, thanks for sticking by me while I was learning the ropes on both the forum and in what I enjoy doing outside of sports. To those of you who remember me from when I was in college, I hope I've done you all proud at this point and will continue to do you all proud. For those who've gotten to know me on this forum, I'm thankful to you all as well. I know this season hasn't gone well so far, but I love this forum and team. It's because of all of you that I enjoy this forum. It's because of all of you that I have been able to learn what I have about the game. I'm excited to see what more I can contribute and what more I can learn from this forum.

So, like I said, I just wanted to take an opportunity to say thank you to you all. I will probably expound on this around Thanksgiving time, but I cherish every one of you.

Have always appreciated your youthful enthusiasm.

Yup, with Jerry running this franchise into the ground your joy in following this team is nothing short of amazing.

Well, I mean, for one thing, I figure I'll outlive Jerry, and maybe Stephen will care about football. For another thing, having the Cowboys stars on my suit helps since I have been able to make them iconic in their own right to where they're instantly recognizable at cons. Additionally, I like our players, for the most part. This has been my team since I was 6 and I have no plans if changing my intensity or anything.

Your spirit is part of what makes CZ great. You expand on the goodness within this forum. When I see your avatar, I know your comments will be as positive as the subject allows. I wish you could have been around for the 90s goodness, but outliving Jerry should be some good times ahead. That's sad to say in all honesty, but true. At least I hope so. So let me thank you for your presence here.

Fur sure, and I appreciate you with that. I enjoy this forum, and friends like you are a huge reason why
