The Dallas Cowboys have been my favorite(only) team since the 70s. I have lived in Illinois, VA, AZ and WI before moving to Frisco, TX full time in 2019. When AT&T was built, I bought 4 seats behind the Cowboys bench(row 8). I could not attend often as I lived in WI, but knew one day I would retire here and would want to enjoy them. I have lost thousands every year I owned the seats with the lone exception of last year.

I joined the Cowboys Club at the Star before I even moved here full-time. I have a small fortune in Cowboys gear and decor.

I have been around Jerry, Steven, Dak and numerous other coaches and players numerous times. Most all of these experiences have been very positive.

Last spring I listed my PSL for sale and ended up selling it. I will not be renewing my Cowboys Club membership past 2022. I have stopped all of my purchases of anything Dallas Cowboys. We all want them to win, but at some point you just stop financially supporting the incompetence.

I will watch them on TV and hope they turn it around at some point. This fan has just decided they can disappoint me annually for free.

Unfortunately, the Jones boys already made their money on your PSL. Now they are selling your season tickets to someone else and making the same money. Net impact is zero. I understand the impulse though.

Understandable & can't say I blame you for not renewing your club membership. However, football is only entertainment. Many fans take it too seriously. Being you were a fan since the 70's, you are a fan of many who have seen great Dallas teams/championships. That said, older fans have no reason to falter, but instead continue cheering for the team as the younger fans do. Those championships spoiled many. Some franchises have never even seen one.

I hope more are doing the same. Nothing financial Cowboys for me in 10+ years. TV time only for me and that’s slowly dwindling down as the years past. 58 year fan…63 years old. There was a time when I was proud to be a fan. Jerry has taken that from me.

Until people stop watching on tv..nothing will change

the real money is made on these tv deals..

Wouldn't we have to stop watching all NFL games to do that?....i like watching other well run orginizations perform on the field

For me, the Boys are the only game in town as far as pro ball is concerned. I love college football!

Jerry doesn't care about the fans. People are pouring big money into a guy who sucks but does nothing about it. You hope blaming everyone else will finally catch up to him, but it never does.

I like watching the refs let the college players decide the outcomes of games.....unlike the refs in the NFL

How did you end up losing money on your season tickets? Could you not sell them to at least break even?

The only downside to selling your Cowboys stadium tickets is that there are always fans of other teams who will want to buy them because they view a bad Cowboys team and a trip to Dallas to watch their team beat the Cowboys as a fun vacation.

Sure, seeing a lot of non-Cowboys fans in the stadium might bother Jerry, but at the end of the day, the team is worth more than it was yesterday.

To be clear, I am not saying people should not sell their tickets because I do not blame them at all for doing so. I am just pointing out that the Cowboys benefit from their love/hate relationships with NFL fans so they win financially no matter how the team performs, which is why there are content with "we like our guys" year after year.

Completely understandable. I will always be a loyal fan to the Cowboys but the cost of attending games doesn't equate to the product we are seeing on the field. It's like purchasing a Mercedes S Class and the car dealership delivers you a Kia. Nothing wrong with a Kia but you are expecting a lot more for the money you shell out. Cost me $1,500 for 2 tickets to that playoff game against the 49ers. I'm done with attending games. It's the TV from now on.

I'm not as frustrated about the way this season is going because my expectations were already lowered by our moves in the offseason. Going into the season I saw us as a 9-8 football team. Now I see us as a 5 or 6 win team due to the injury of Dak and Smith. If you aren't going to make the playoffs then you just as well have a higher draft pick since you ignore free agency.

did you sell it at a loss? I have had mine for sale for 4 years and I get nothing but low ball offers and sob stories about what they cost in 09.
