I think it's time to ditch the old school philosophies from this team

I think it's time to get some youth in here on this team. The guys like Al Harris that are currently on this team, i'd like him to stay and be our D coordinator one day. I think he's the kind of guy along with a younger OC to bring in some newer concepts, and to go with the trends of the NFL, instead of being under a coaching tree from coaches back in the 90's etc!

We have a team with a lot of good younger players on it, I'm sure they could relate a lot better to a guy that is relatable to them, please give your thoughts!!! The coach in Miami just for example

What makes you think Al Harris even wants to be a coordinator. He was a star player and made millions. He probably just wants to be a position coach and not work the long hours a DC has to work

I agree with you but it’s not happening with the Jones boys in charge. They’re old school. When MM is fired, they’ll hire another has been old school coach.

No Shanahan, McVay, McDaniel, Siriani type is getting hired here.
