I was wrong, thought opening up cap would add legitimate players!

Cnuball you are right, nothing has changed with this front office. I was opportunistic that opening up cap funds would have at least had them sign tier 2 fa's, but Stephen and the rest of the front office hasn't change the way they do business. Bottom of the barrel players on 1yr deals. Yesterday they acquired two 1st rd busts which goes with two others the prior day.

This is why I was pushing hiring an HC with Clout. The BB/Saben type who can convince this group that they need to change the way they run and build this team. Their model has proven it doesn't work. They specifically hired puppet coaches so no one would question their decisions. A player like Parsons sees what is going on and would be wise to request a trade.

They can't even extend players without giving them the max, laughable how Josh Allen the MVP of the league gets less then Dak. Their strong drafts of becoming less and less missing on several high selections. Expect to see the Jason Garrett era again. Good enough not to be picking at the top of the draft, but rarely seeing the playoffs.

Rant over.

:hammer: :laugh::mad::facepalm: This is not going to be the Jason Garrett era. Have you seen our schedule. It has 4-13 written all over it because we play the NFC North and AFC West next season. Draft zone might start in October boys.

Believe actions not words.

Nothing is changing as long as Jerry and Stephen are running the show.
We still will be fans of the team, but it is frustrating. By the way it looks like Williams from Georgia at 12 is the favorite now. Hearing bad things about Will Johnson that he won't run prior to the draft.

I like the base talent being brought to further forge in fire and under this leadership, myself. There is an aggression and this fan really likes real football and not sophisticated comparisons on championships involved.

So many warts on a lot of the top 12 ish players…would love to trade back but don’t see a team wanting to come up this year.

And there you have it
The blind homer that keeps Jerry and Cap boy happy

How someone can be so blind and tone deaf after what we have seen to date is unbelievable but there you have it

homers opinions are worthless

Another slap in the face of the fans; of the six we have signed; only two seem like they could be solid players.

Dumpster diving early instead of late IS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE

Agree, however, I feel the positions they are targeting at 12 is starting to emerge: DE, WR and CB. With so many needs, they have to try to trade back, even at a discount.

Expecting the Cowboys to hire a HC with clout that demands $ being spent in free agency is pointless. Jerry and Stephen will never hire someone that wants to break away from their very flawed philosophy of how to build a team. They truly think they know best. That’s why the situation is so hopeless, when the Owner/President/GM/#1 & 2 decision makers is the problem it puts fans in a hostage like situation

BB/Sabin type coaches won't come here. They know what they would be walking into.

Our schedule is rough!

Some of you were thinking year 30 would be the charm? Really? Jerry and Sonny boy arent even pretending they are trying now. The smoke cleared and the mirrors cracked.

FA is still young. They will let some of the expensive players sweat, and lower their asking price. Their is no point in leaving 50m in cap space on the table. They always have to win the deal, and that is what they are trying to do. Expect a better player to be signed soon enough.

Thank you. I've been asking people where are the tier 2 players that they got and couldn't get an answer.
