He’s clearly hurting but probably not injured. I’d give him a week off of practice. I gmfear this season will force him to bulk up. He’ll go from 4.4 to 4.5. All of our freak athletes regress after bulking up. Zeke lost 2 steps. D law lost 2 steps. A copper lost 3( was still faster than lamb and Gallup though.)

Excellent post. Micha playing on the DL at his current weight won't last. We gotta choose, LB or DL. I think Michas value is at LB.

Micah’s value is at rushing the passer from whatever position.
It seems he has hit a wall physically the last two games. Hopefully, he gets his strength back for the next two games. The Flu must have taken it toll.

How much did Vonn Miller and Ware weigh?

Micah could seriously use something like this full body adjustment right now. Other players as well...

He's a tailor made all-pro 3-4 OLB and should be rushing the passer on most downs with the occasional blitz where he drops back and covers someone, and we all know he's much better in coverage than the average all-pro 3-4 OLB like Ware or Von Miller or TJ Watt or even LT in his prime.

He had another solid game, w/four tackles & one tackle for loss. He also applied a ton of pressure on Wentzie.

Use Micah mainly as the LEO LB in DQ’s defense and that means 75% of the time. We have DLaw for another couple seasons so we are staying 4-3.

Micah would be something else as a 3-4 LB though and it would put less toll on his body.

He’s getting double and triple teamed.

Offense are focused on stopping him and yet we see other flourish. Giants with LT were the same way, offense would focus on stopping LT but in doing so you had others making plays like Harry Carson, Carl Banks, Lenard Marshall and a host of others.

Micah was not his normal self the last two games. Dallas needs that bye week soon.

What bothers me is after a player gets hurt, and the game is clearly in hand, we don't have anyone on the sidelines with enough fortitude (or permission) to say, dude, you're done for the game.

Hurt players need rest. He got his back bent. He’s getting doubled at only 250. Hits add up. Limit them I practice. For him and zeke.
Time to move him around more if they know where he will be they can plan in the double teams. Give Fowler more time at RE. Play more LB for Parsons. Rush five at times move him around. Stunt to the weak spots on line. Keep them guessing.
