Our defense played extremely well this year, and I think if you take away the pick 6s from Dak, and easy field position from turnovers, they played at an elite level. They reinforced this in the playoffs and played their hearts out for Dan Q.

If he leaves, I think the defense will take a big step backwards

Yah. He will be hard to replace. Can’t blame him for leaving though. This offensive crew can’t get it done as it is currently assembled.

Yeah, but we aren't good enough to count on one side of the ball getting us to the Super Bowl. For that, we'd need to spend real money in FA in addition to the draft. We wont, and we don't have a high enough pick.

Ugh. Quinn will likely leave and that sucks. He kept offense on their toes.

Who steps in that void? I don't think anyone on the staff is DC quality.

I truly think Dallas needs to consider promoting him to HC if that’s what it takes to get him to stay. He is indispensable to this team.

This is not a knock on Mike, but if I have to choose between him and DQ it is a no brainer.
