1. Jason Garrett and the unspecial special teams coach gone. coach Marinade needs to be put on notice -- no more underachieving, even wif this collection of journeymens.
2. Sean Lee retired, not because he is slow, chronically injured and gets dizzy watching RBs run past him, but because he needs to leave the NFL while relativity still healthy.
3. Ro McClain waived (big disappointment and besides, a younger player could use the esperience.)
4. The Jason Garrett era of strategy/play calling given a viking funeral
5. A QB drafted as our first pick in the draft: chances are that we will at least in the top 8. Romo can't quarterback for ever and it will take at least 2 years of a rookie watching Romo before he is ready. Let's do it finally.
6. Jerra taking another step back. Yes, the not-that-bright Stephen will eventually take over. It's not what I want but any change half got to be better.
7. Our O line kept in tact; T Smith has been inconsistent but he will rebound.
8. With a QB and defensive hep being high priority next draft a RB could still be found in the 3rd or later rounds. We need consistency and someone to learn behind McFadden.
9. Wilcox and Church gone and gift FA a good long look for safeties. Carr and Claiborne we might half to endure another year because good corners elsewhere are not that numerous.
10. Lucky gone. We can do much, much better.

There

It is not too much to ax for. Jerra, your as always are proactive but from now on be proactive and be smart about it.
Offer Cowher half of Texas Stadium to get back into coaching (for us) or grab John Harbaugh as soon as he ist fired in Baltimore. He could do good in a new environment.

If we lose to Tampa. Garrett needs to kick rocks, and take marinelli with him

Jerry is not going to eat Garrett's contract

And what is wrong with Lucky really? He is a rookie and considering the low amount of returns he has had, he has already proven to be a factor. "Much, much" better is a stretch considering teams go seasons without having a kick return comparable to the one he got with one of his first ever kick returns.

And a top 8 pick(we aren't getting one) doesn't mean a QB. QB's usually go in the top 3 or top 5...after that, you wait until the next round. Any first round graded QB will be long gone by pick 8.
