Then they could hire another team's OL coach as the Cowboys Offensive Coordinator.
- In reality McCarthy is the OC and the new OC is the OL coach.

Bill Callahan or the Niners OL coach...

While I agree, why would Callahan want to come back here after the way he exited?

"He replaced Bill Callahan, who also served as the team’s offensive line coach, after Washington poached him away from Dallas. Well, that probably isn’t the most accurate description of how Callahan and the Cowboys parted ways. He was essentially forced out of Dallas. He was stripped of play-calling duties in 2014 and then blocked from interviewing with the Browns and Ravens for their offensive coordinator jobs. When his contract expired in Dallas after 2014, he fled as soon as possible."

I would want another OC to come in. I want my HC to overlook everything not be stuck in one spot. I know it can work, but why not bring in more offensive minds. The only person it will help is Jerry Jones taking more money into his bank account.

I dont want McCarthy calling plays i want him focusing on the game and making the critical decisions at key moments....just delegate..

bring in a OC that doesnt feel the need to run nonsense plays when we get momentum and one that can call a good game consistenly not just every other game

Mike ran an entirely different offense in GB. I would love to switch to a different offense, but he would need a strong coordinator to help install and coach it.

You dont bring in a run game guru ane not let him call plays. What you can do as an offensibe minded hc is make sure the game plan is sound.

All I know is that kid cannot call plays anymore. He acts like someone who plays Madden and doesn't quite understand how offensive work fully but he's a good player. He just makes mistakes that end up costing him games. Like foolish mistakes. Reverses in the red zone. Going for wide when you need one yard. Just stupid things you would do when you're playing Madden and you're messing around.

How frustrating has it been for Mike to sit back and watch his foolishness? Because Kellen Moore is an absolute nut job.

Love the line of thinking.

Then our opponents suddenly don’t commit offensive holding any longer.

Don’t go messing with Roger and Jerry is aware of the drill.
