No, this team is primed with talent. Any coach would be a fool not to see that. It's just waiting for a real coach to take it to the next level.

look at how awful a job Parcells has done here...new Orleans anf the jets were both teams that drafted in the top 5 of THIS draft, and both are going to make the playoffs...one is going from the 2nd pick overall to the 2nd seed in the NFC

I guess that alos means we should get used to late season colapses, teams that show no fire and heart, players not playing to potential, 8-8 or 9-7 records and 1 and out in the playoffs.

Our OLine has been and is the problem. And yet, still, he has coached us to a playoff and a prolific offense. I think the problem is more Zimmer than anything else. The players are even frustrated.

Not so sure. The team lacks leadership on the field and off (coaching). The demeanor and mere look of Parcells speaks volumes to me and I believe the players also see a guy interested one minute, then contemplating retirement the next.

Never wanted BP here to begin with. He's done a very average job.

JJ didn't hire a Hall of Fame coach to do an average job and BP needs to thank his lucky friggin stars that Romo turned out the way he did or BP would be looked at as a complete failure. Without Romo, this team is 6-10, 7-9 this year..............yet again....

Bring in Jimmy Johnson, Roy Williams + Greg Ellis + Terrell Owens + etc. = trade bait + one decent draft, + a real coach who can get consistent performances = SB...sigh at least I can dream.

That is so untrue. Jerry wants to win!!! You could see it in his anger and disappointment yesterday. I think if we get out butts kicked in Seattle Parcells is gone!!

Our offense is not top rated anymore. Our defens is getting worse every game. Our players come out flat. That is all coaching!!! Parcells is not creative, he is stubborn, and he lacks the fire I think the players need. We have the making of a really good team. With right coach.....

I would rather have Parcells than a lame duck substitute. I think most fans would agree with that. That being said, if we can get a true difference maker like a Jimmy Johnson, Bob Stoops etc., I would take that person over Parcells.

You think Stoops could produce at the pro level? He's a recruiter, that's why he wins, notice Oklahoma usually is outcoached in title games.
