No he can't even be at Valley Ranch until his suspention is over. Then he will have to work his way into shape which could be 2 or 3 more week

Nope, when a players is suspended they can't have any contact with the team.

He better hire himself a personal trainer to stay in shape. He's no good to us if he comes in out of shape. Plus if he spends a lot of his time training then thats less time for him to do something else to get in trouble.

He will probably be given a playbook and told to stay in shape until November rolls around.

Phillips is always saying how easy his system is to learn for guys, and while Tank played in a 4-3 in Chicago... it was still a one gap, penetrating system like Wade wants his DL to do.

Plug a gap against the run is plug a gap against the run, no matter where your at. It's not quite that simple... but you get my meaning.

He should be able to step into a rotation pretty much right away and get more playing time as the second half of the season progresses.

I'm pretty sure he'll be working with an unofficial trainer for the remaining 6 weeks.

He'll be in shape the moment he arrives to play. :D

I'm sure he will be getting himself in shape but I'm talking about football shape with physical contact. I agree with Ditka and Parcells when they were talking about LT not playing at all in the pre-season and how a ball player needs to get contact to get himself ready to play this game. Tank may be able to play sparingly when he returns but it will take some time to get his legs and endurance to play this game
