If their goal is to emulate the Lions, the only coach weak enough to let Jerry make the moves he wants without little to no resistance is Kellen Moore. I'm not sure how tough mentally Kellen is, or how mentally tough they see him as.

I doubt KM would take his first HC job knowing he's a lame duck going in. Being the Eagles OC is a better job that will eventually lead to better offers.

I totally agree with this, he's better where he is, I mean if he came they'd still treat him like he's royalty for some reason! Why they love him who knows, well I know it's all about #4

Im having a hard time getting excited about the coaches on deck that Jerry’s considering. That said, if they’re succesful i will sing thier praises.
IMO we need a strong personailty to change the culture. To me the first clue will be stop leading the league in penalties.

Post of your career!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The penalties are always talked about being fixed, but somehow we get in the red zone for example trying to score, FLAG, now it's 4th down missed opportunity to get 6!!
