On that play that negated a 23 yard play by Owens early in the 4th, the refs called an illegal shift on Owens and Witten-but they looked set a second before the ball was snapped.
The only thing Phil Simms could say about it was that Witten wasn't in his full stance.
For those that remember this, was this a legit call?
