I'm big-time jealous!

I live in Abilene, Texas. Today I was talking to a lady who works at my elementary school as an aide. She said her son got to watch the first Iggles game last week from Jerry's private box. He used to sell yachts in the metroplex a few years ago, and apparently Stephen came and bought one from him. Having an outgoing personality, he and Stephen became friends and have kept in touch. The guy is going through some problems in his personal life, and when Stephen heard about it he invited him to come watch them game with him and Jerry. Guess I should've been a yacht salesman instead of a teacher.

I was stationed at Dyess AFB from 1980-1987......and my best friend Chad owns Rhino Linings of Abilene off of Treadway.

Stephen is a great guy and I fully believe this story........great for your friend.

Wow! I didn't realize there were that many guys on this forum with Abilene ties! Yeah, I've lived here since I came to college at ACU back in the '80's. Teach at Ortiz elementary school.

Boy, it's tempting to contact this guy and see if he can hook me up with the Joneses. ;-)
