Last week the defense seemed to get better without Micah Parsons. I will not deny that his size, speed, power ratio is off the charts.....but he is no Lawrence Taylor or Reggie White. So everyone just stop with the talk that this dude is generational talent. He he is upper echelon. Thats all I will say. And now in year 4 he's showing injury early in the season when he thinks he should be defensive player of the year??! Hello McFly? Your'e not. Go do another podcast. Lawrence Taylor transformed the NFL. I can't believe the NFL compared Micah Parsons to a better version of LT, maybe a crybaby, but definitely not LT, and I hate the Giants.

I get what you're saying. Micah is starting to rub me the wrong way too. But to be fair, Taylor had some of the best Columbian Bam-Bam to make him that "crazed-dog" that he was on and off the field.

As great as LT was, he would have been out of the league before his rookie contract ended playing today.

Was the defense bad the week before against the Giants when Micah was playing???
If people can’t see how Micah impacts a game then you probably just don’t understand football really.

QBs release the ball quicker and blocking schemes are designed to take him out.

Why do you think Diggs and Bland have been pick 6 machines?

He’s not the greatest defensive player to ever play the game. So you decided you are out on him. Somehow you him this makes you sound intelligent. Lolol

I am. We need more talent and I would trade him for draft picks in a heartbeat.
My sentiments as well. This team is hurting because of the Dak, CeeDee and upcoming Micah contracts. They unloaded multiple serviceable players in hopes of hitting on all their draft picks which we know ain't happening. Micah is a good player but he isn't worth the cap percentage he's going to get. Spend that money on 3 serviceable DL instead.

The defense has one good game against one of the worst offenses in the league and you want to lean into that as a reason to get rid of him.

Come on man.
I've said it before this board is obsessed with trading our good players for draft picks. We would have zero team and a bunch of random picks

exactly, I'm not ready to trade our biggest asset on defense based solely on how our team did without him for ONE game against a mediocre offense
I'd trade anyone for the right compensation. That's the real question though. What kind of value would he return? I'm not doing it for a mere first. It would have to be a package of picks.
