He had a lot of flashes in limited time last season. He needs to be on the field more next year. Guy has a ton of upside.

The boys at that local radio station with Broaddus discussed whether Sam Williams could end up being the 2nd best defender on the team this year and surprisingly a couple of them thought it was possible.

If so Micah being no better than 3rd warrants a trade.

I don't trust him. I think he'll always be his worst enemy. Kind of like Gregory.

a great problem to have so deep in talent that some cant get snaps ..been a while on D to say this.. we are stacked.. no longer worried that if Dlaw goes down we have drop off betwen sam, fowler, Armstrong, Gholston, and some new rooks its like next man up will be very little drop off.

This team rotates their DL. Wouldn't be an issue. Plus two years ago, remember Micah came from everywhere. Even lined up over Center standing up a bunch. They also move their Des inside on 3rd and long. Just keep bringing them in waves...

He really showed some flashes last season, but disappeared later in the season. Hopefully he makes a big jump this season. He has the potential to be a great player.

I'm going crazy waiting too. It's just June too . . .

I want to see how DQ handles the RPO (specifically Jalen Hurts) that gave us, Micah, problems in that first Philthy game last year. Hell, I just want to see this D play some shut-down football !

Dangit, I'm gettin all hyperventilatin' now. I love good defensive football . We gots us some defensive dawgs and I want to see 'em eat!

Last year the 2nd unit on the DL got gash a bit, but this season there's not going to be much of a drop off at all. Golston is very valuable for holding the Edge vs run heavy teams, while kicking inside at 3T and being able to stop the run there also.

Sam Williams was a monster last season he just didn't get substantial reps to be recognized nationally. This season with more maturity in the scheme and knowledge of the pro game I look for Sam to take off to 8+ sacks.
