Does anyone know how I can take a normal picture and apply a fisheye effect to it?

In photoshop, if you go to image>liquify and then choose the one that has arrows poibting in all directions, just use that on the image correctly and you may be able to achieve a fisheye effect.(I hope that made sense)

Just to correct that.....it is FILTER (not image) then Liquify.

You can also go into Filter then Distort and then Spherize.

You can slide the scale in the spherize to make the image go inward or outward.
