Important Questions

Even if he knocks the ball down, I don't see us winning that game in that environment.

I am with you. One play did not make or break that game.

Does anyone think Gerald Sensabaugh is still looking for the ball on that TD pass against the vikings?

My cousin always brings it up. Sensabaugh running stride for stride, has no idea where the ball is. Touchdown vikings. Hes still looking for the ball. It hurts to laugh, but i cant help it.
I've never seen anything like that play. It was freaky.

Freaky is a good way to describe it...it was like..."what just happened?"

That whole game was freaky.... It was just out of character :bang2:

he's not the only person that's happened to. Especially in a dome. I don't really see the humor in it. It sucks, for him and for us.

uhh it doesnt happen every day. Especially not on coverage like that. What made it funny was his reaction after, he seemed to have no idea where the ball was.

To those interested yes.

It is a nice switch up from Roy williams sucks/Marion Barber III sucks/ etc. Just picture Sensabaugh standing there clueless.. Duh which way did he go, which way did he go?

I saw Tennessee frustrate Sydney Rice twice when he played for South Carolina.

You hit him in the mouth and shut him down, and let him know how it's going to be.

He'll lose his cool, start talking, and get a penalty or two, a push off or unsportsmen call or both.

I'd put Mike Jenkins on him all over the field and shut him down.

I bet that happens.

The way Gerald was covering him you could run that play 100 more times and you do not get a catch for a TD.

Exactly. This was one of those "1 in 100" type of plays that everyone talks about. Well, the one time came true, and now everyone wants to complain about.

I'm telling you: there's no balance when it comes to Cowboys fans.

I brought it up because of his cluelessness after the play. FYI

completely disagree. The game was a grudge match at that point and completely changed the momentum and complexion of the game.

IIRC the game correctly Sensy was with him but I think one of the CB blew their assignment and sensy saw him and went to cover but the damage was already done.

no he was in the correct coverage. No one blew anything really. He just looked at the wrong moment. Just real bad luck.

It was a huge play. The rush was getting to Romo and he couldn't find an open reciever. We had that missed field goal as well in the opening drives. We couldn't get anything going and that play where Sensy didn't look back when rice looked was huge. He had great coverage but didn't look back. That play really started their crowd noise and the momentum never swung back to big D.

But I don't blame Sensy as much as recognise that it was a great play by Favre and Rice. I love Sensy and hope he's a Cowboy for a long time. Considering the awful coverage of some of our safeties in the recent past I was blown away to see how close Sensy was to Rice. It was stride for stride.

Great Deep Coverage by our Safety on a great WR in a play off game. Can't ask for a whole lot more.

(except maybe he looks back to see if the ball is coming when Rice does  :D )

He's literally blanketing the guy. Almost getting to close to be heterosexual and just doesn't look.

It was a huge play. To that point Minn had done much less than us offensively. That play really loosened them up.

What really ticks me off on that play is that it's a throw that Farve probably shouldn't have attempted.
Wouldn't be surprised if he had a micro-second of regret after he let it go seeing how tight the coverage was by Sensabaugh.

One of those "oh no no......yes!"
