three of those games have been total blowouts. We've lost four home game in a row dating back to the GB game last year.

How in the world can Jerry Jones be surprised or shocked by what he saw yesterday? Any sane person knows this is a highly flawed team led by a mediocre, at best, coaching staff. The Lions are a legit SB contender. It should have come as no surprising that the Cowboys, especially considering some of their defensive injuries, got run off the field.

Jerry is a delusional old fool if he truly is surprised by what he is seeing. This franchise is totally screwed for the foreseeable future. Jerry is incapable of admitting his mistakes and building a winner and his son looks to be an even bigger cheapskate than Jerry has become.

We are entering a truly dark time for the Cowboys. Sure, some will say the last 25 years have been a dark time but I believe this could be worse. I say that because for the previous 25 years, I think our issues were just incompetence from Jerry. He tried and he threw money around but he didn't know how to build a team. But now, I think its not only incompetence but also arrogance, stubbornness and selfishness. He's become cheap and I think the worse this gets, the louder the fans get, the more stubborn and bitter Jerry will be towards the fans.

He's a piece of you know what. He'll reach Hugh Culverhouse status in no time at this rate.

What will happen is they will beat a few weak teams going forward and Jerry will say they are going in the right direction. He just said he believes in his roster and coaches, he just can’t bring himself to say I screwed up. It’s okay and a lot of football left we should see what the players are made of going forward. I personally don’t understand how the players can be so unprepared to play game after game

All 4 of those games were over before half time. Total disgrace what this team as become. Barely win against Brown, Gmen and Steelers and get blown out by the decent teams, Saints, Ravens and Lions. I say fire everyone from Jerry down to the water boys and start over.

Good post Syd. I highlighted your point about being able to see this coming before the season even started. Any GM in this league would be fired for putting this team on the field after arguably the worst off-season in recent memory. We could see this coming a mile away.

This is the worst Cowboys team I've seen in 30 years of watching them. I think our 6-10 team in 97 (which prior to the season Jerry said was the most talented team he's ever had) any one of Campo's 5 - 11 teams would beat this one.

The GB game was this year.

Jones wasn't shocked. I don't care what he says. He knows.

Overall bad in every way. Nothing will change until the stadium is empty.

Well it will never be empty - it will be full of opposing teams fans, and that might be even worse. That's what we need so let's all hope for more blowouts.

Jerry doesn’t care about you, me or winning. He would prefer winning but it’s not necessary for him and his agenda. Agenda being $.
This is pretty much any owner. Their main priority is always making the most money they can for their investment. This is where the GM/front office comes into play. They are separate entities from the owner and don't care about anything other than roster construction/management and putting the best talent on the field.

Dallas' GM and owner are the same people and this always clashes. How many times during free agency, are the Jones clown show out on their yacht and not even caring about free agency? Constantly.

Ever since Jerry and Jimmy parted ways, he has been desperate to prove it was really him who was the brains behind the 90s Cowboys success. And 1995 really doesn't count because that was still Jimmy's roster. Jimmy orchestrated the Herschel Walker trade that we will never see again. Jerry's fingerprints has been on this franchise for now almost 30 years and it isn't a coincidence we have seen only 4 wild card wins since that Super Bowl win in the 1995 season.

Which weak teams? Maybe the Giants and Panthers? Bungles, maybe? How are we beating the WFT and Iggles? Could be a 5 or 6 win season

Fun fact: Tampa Bay went from expansion team 26 game losing streak to winning their first SB win in 26 years time, which is less than the current drought of the Cowboys.

It’s week to week in the NFL, you will not know until thanksgiving what they are unless they lay down and give up.

Did you watch Philly yesterday? They barely squeaked out a home win against a dreadful Browns team.

Our game against them might set football back 30 years.

If you watched the game as I know you did, they look like they have given up...big whoop if they pull out a couple though this team is flawed and a couple of cheap wins won't change things

Philly is indeed a mess, but the games against them can hardly be considered easy wins. Our weaknesses are far-reaching; and their weakeness is guy they call HC. I wish that was the only thing stopping us

Opposing fan's money is just a green as Dallas fans. That is all that matters. That definitely would not incite any change. Only solidify his position.
