Inbreeding leads to an enlarged lower jaw

It's true. I'm watching the Tudors right now, and Charles the V of Spain says something about his jaw. So I looked him up and in real life he did have a huge jaw which was attributed to his family's many years of inbreeding. And it kept growing until he had a hard time chewing his food.
