Inernet help needed

lately, I've gotten the blue-screen of death twice, but it's telling me that it's wiping out my hard-disk space, anyways, the problem, besides that, is I can't access my e-mail account because it's not accepting my cookies from the browser, basically my cookies are ****ed up, I've gone to privacy settings on my computer and it's still has it checked that they are allowed, what's the deal? even here, I can't go to different forums on this site w/o getting logged out because there's something wrong w/ my cookies

what should I do? don't say buy a new computer lol

btw, my computer is 5 years old, if that helps

you have a virus. if you have the restore disk do that first. you may have to run your virus protection in safe mode but the best thing to do is buy a new computer lol

If it turns out not to be a virus, try backing up your documents, then reformatting your drive, and reinstalling your operating system.

I hope you don't have to do that.

I have fixed this type of problems before and the first thing you should do is buy an External Hard Drive Enclosure for your hard drive so you would be able to plug into another computer via USB and extract all the documents you might need.


Is this a Laptop or a PC ?
What version of Windows ?
