I cut Julius out of the picture...and then gaussian blurred the back ground...then I made the cut out Julius a few pixels smaller and pasted it back in over the blurred image..a bit off center from the blurred Julius under him....

I raised the color and contrast on him so that he'd look a bit 3D was compared to the back ground and then dropped the opacity on him down 6% so that a bit of the background would show through..

I added a motion trail blur to him..and voila.

anyway..I'm just glad he's back!
