Internal Hard Drive USB Adapters

Anyone ever use one?

Got an old internal HD that I need to get some information off.

It's a Western Digital Scorpio Blue (Model #WD3200BEVT).

The ASUS laptop I use now doesnt have USB 2.0 or a SATA port. Just regular USB ports.

Was looking at this one, but have no clue if it will work or not;

This looks like it should work.

USB to SATA and requires no extra power. It does use 2 USB ports though. (probably one for data and one for power) You have two on the laptop?
