umm, it takes a whole lot more time to plan and build large skyscrapers than it does to build a ship. the freedom tower has to be approved by so many different people and designed to be state of the art. i say take your time and do it right.

geez you ***** alot. why dont you go out and do something about just one thing you complain about and see if you feel the same way after. sheesh

No, that is completely incorrect. 7 World Trade Center was rebuilt and opened in 2006. (pictured below)

The reason it isn't complete is because opinions like *******s, everyone has one and thinks their opinion is the best and demands it be used. Fight ensues, nothing gets done.

People make way to much out of nothing. It should have already been built and opened long ago. There are to many idiot at the helm / hands in the cookie jar, etc, etc, etc.

I wonder how long till the Ghost Hunter's do an episode on that ship, it has to be haunted...

no a ship...tanks are on land, not water

;) couldn't resist

Actually, the USS New York was created to carry tanks, troops, and several other land based weapons. The USS New York was built for amphibious assaults.

I remember watching on The History Channel that we had some sort of amphibious tank like vehicle but the seas were stronger than expected and they all sank right to the bottom during the D-Day invasion. Hundreds died from that miscalculation.
