I can’t get the video to load...but what’s it’s purpose? Just to block TV screens? Wonder if that works on annoying led headlights?

I didn't watch the video but I read about the glasses a while back.

I lost interest in them immediately though because they only blocked LED and LCD screens, not OLED.

While that sounds great for now as most advertising screens, monitors, etc. use LCD or LED panels that would be blocked and most newer smartphones use OLED panels which will not be blocked, most screens will eventually use OLED panels in the coming years so the glasses will only be useful and effective for a little longer.

The glasses from John Carpenter 80's movie They Live is here now

very interesting I want one

i did not do any research, but i presume it is based on blocking light polarization.
my guess is light from lcds are polarized in a certain way, and u can probably get a coating on ur glasses that blocks that polarization.

light can be linearly polarized (vertical or horizontal) or circularly polarized. i had one pair of sunglasses polarized but cannot remember why.

if u ask the glasses store they can probably answer

hey hey hey

I'll stick to my Xray glasses thank you. :muttley:

our company used to use infrared cameras for seeing through certain materials.
apparently cameras that can see at those wavelengths were discontinued because they see too much through clothes
sorry, dont have any remaining:cool:

True to that I remember back they used to say there are Xray glasses that can see through objects.
